| Dr. Gregory Chotkowski, DMD President is a graduate of Boston College and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his DMD degree. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cornell University/New York Presbyterian Hospital and went on to found Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Manhattan, P.C. Dr. Chotkowski has been an entrepreneur in multiple settings involving technology and medicine and has consulted for leading hospitals on IT infrastructure, as well as having authored several patents related to data capture. He is an advisor to Caring Technologies, which specializes in developing and providing BI Capture (‘Behavior Image’ video technology) and online tele-health services including a personal health record service for the autism community called MyChildsHealthRecord.com. As the parent of a son afflicted with an as yet incurable form of Muscular Dystrophy, he has a profound understanding of stem cells and a passion for the promise of regenerative medical therapies. |

| Arthur E. Greco, CEO and Treasurer is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management where he received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Prior to joining StemSave, he was the founder of Arthur E. Greco LLC, providing consulting to the financial services industry for over ten years. Mr. Greco has consulted for numerous asset management firms to design and implement operating efficiencies and has advised in the start-up phases of several asset management and asset management related enterprises with a focus on systems and processes. |

| Dr. Dean C. Vafiadis, DDS is the Founder and President of the
New York Smile Institute (NYSI) headquartered in New York City, an
entirely natural product-based practice promoting the connection
between oral care and total body wellness to patients. NYSI maintains
affiliates in Chicago, Tampa, London, Athens, Lisbon, Madrid and
Bilbao. Dr. Vafiadis is an avid educator whose primary professional
mission is to innovate, develop and teach new technologies that will
enhance the dental profession and enrich patients’ lives. He is an
Associate Professor at New York University, has published numerous
articles, conducted more than 400 instructional programs and educated

| Dr. Robert Carpenter, DMD attended Siena College and Tufts
University, School of Medicine, where he graduated with Honors. He is a
Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Board-Certified
Dental Anesthesiologist whose academic appointments include both
Cornell University School of Medicine and Albany Medical College. His
postdoctoral training included an internship at Bronx Municipal
Hospital and residencies at both Maimonides Medical Center and New York
Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident in
the Facial Architect Center. Dr. Carpenter is the founder of Saratoga
County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, one of the foremost
OMS centers in New York State. He is a national and international
lecturer and instructor on dental implants and bone grafting and has
specialty interests in hard and soft tissue reconstruction of the
maxillofacial region. As a leader in the use of autologous blood
therapies, such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in tumor reconstruction
and cleft palate repair, Dr. Carpenter is a leading practitioner and
advocate of personalized and regenerative medical therapies and their
applications in both the medical and dental fields. |

Dr. Peter Vanstrom,
DDS, PC, FAGD is owner and president of Artistic Dentistry of Atlanta,
consistently ranked as one of the top practices in the country. Throughout his career, Dr. Vanstrom has
maintained a rigorous seminar and motivational speaking schedule addressing a
wide range of subjects including cancer screening technology, periodontal care,
stem cell technologies and practice management techniques and theories. Dr. Vanstrom serves as a dental expert and consultant
for CNN Medical News. He has appeared
and continues to appear on CNN Headline, CNN Live and the local affiliates of CBS,
Fox, ABC and NBC throughout the United
States as a dental and health expert. Dr. Vanstrom serves on the Editorial Advisory
Board of New You Magazine and has published numerous articles ranging in topics
from cosmetics, restorative dentistry, oral cancer and the latest developments
in dental technology. Dr. Vanstrom is a
member and Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and an active member of the American Academy

| Dr. Jeremy J. Mao, DDS, Ph.D is an Oral Surgeon and the
Director of the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Laboratory
(TERML) at Columbia University, as well as a Professor of Dental
Medicine and Biomedical Engineering at the University. Dr. Mao has
published over 300 scientific papers, book chapters, conference
proceedings and other articles in the areas of tissue engineering, stem
cells and regenerative medicine. He also serves on the editorial boards
of several scientific journals, including Tissue Engineering and the
Journal of Biomedical Material Research and has served on the editorial
boards of Stem Cells and Development, Medical Engineering and Physics
and Frontiers of Bioscience. Dr. Mao holds numerous patents in the
areas of stem cells, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine and
is a standing member of the Musculoskeletal Tissue Engineering Study
Section of the NIH. In addition to serving as a review panelist for the
NIH, Dr. Mao’s scientific expertise has also been sought on a regular
basis by NSF and the US Army, as well as many other significant
grant-review panels in over 18 countries. |

| Gordana Vunjak-Novakovic, PhD is Director of the Laboratory for
Stem Cells and Tissue Engineering and Professor of Biomedical
Engineering at Columbia University, where she holds joint-appointments
at the Department of Surgery and the College of Dental Medicine. Dr.
Vunjak-Novakovic also serves as Co-Director of the NIH’s Tissue
Engineering Resource Center (TERC), which focuses on functional tissue
engineering for applications in regenerative medicine, biophysical
regulation of stem cells and the design and utilization of advanced
bioreactors. The TERC is currently investigating two distinctly
different groups of tissues that are of high clinical interest: Cardiac
and Orthopedic. Dr. Vunjak-Novakovic is a Fulbright Fellow, has
published over 200 peer-reviewed articles, authored two scientific
books and holds 25 patents. She is also a frequent advisor to
government organizations on bioreactors, tissue engineering and
regenerative medicine. Dr, Vunjak-Noakovic has also been elected a
Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. |
