Includes one time processing fee of up to four teeth and first year of storage

• Annual storage is $120 per year after first year

•   3 payments of $256.25
•   6 payments of $131.25
• 12 payments of $  68.75

20 Year Prepaid Storage Plan:
Includes one time processing fee of up to four teeth and 20 years of storage

•  $630 processing fee + $1,800 storage = $2,430 total  ( 25% discount off annual storage, $600 savings )

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
•   1 payment of   $2,430.00
•   3 payments of $  816.25
•   6 payments of $  411.25
• 12 payments of $  208.75

Our Family Plan allows you to save each family member’s unique stem cells at a reduced rate.
